Device is designed to finding metal impurites, which are in raw material. We offer two types of detector:
- gate metal detector- is installed to feeder. Cartons and bags with raw material are put on feeder. Device detect metal, but doesn't separate it from raw material (Photo 1).
- metal detector to loose product- is installed between feeder and bagger. It is used to detect metal in loose raw material befor packing. Thanks for this device is able to detect metal and separate it from raw material (Photo 2, 3, 4).
Both devices are on circles and it's possible move it in any part of technology line.
